@RichardDawkins I wish people could take the totality of their experience of your content and use it to decipher humor, wit, or sarcasm. If this is someone’s first encounter with your views, well then, I guess this tweet in a vacuum could lead to confused reactions.

@photodesign @elonmusk @SpaceX Musk would have more time and energy for Tesla and SpaceX if he had not purchased Twitter and that’s world changing impact that I feel is most important. Also, my logic breaks down if by extension I’d have to give a murderous psychopath a pass for faulty genetics or brain tumor.

I’m likely falling into “if he gets a pass then so do I” territory. Lesson here: I shouldn’t waste my time tweeting about Elon Musk and other people or topics I don’t know enough about and have no impetus to research to become less ignorant.

It’s a high probability my empathy for his (genetic) social deficits is clouding my own judgement. Also, the last two weeks I have been negatively affected by my own chemistry and wiring, which sadly has been a recurring pattern for me my whole life. Perhaps I am projecting.

Give @elonmusk a pass for his playful/divisive tweets. Unless you can stack your accomplishments for humanity against his at a level of even half the impact, we should all stop judging his motives, especially ensconced safely behind our social media barbicans. @SpaceX pic.twitter.com/1lZO…
